The Leader We’re Looking For Head – Driver: Commercially switched on, understands the numbers and takes ownership of venue performance. Heart – Leads from the front: Builds strong relationships with the team, guests and local community. Someone who wants to get involved, support locals and make the venue an important part of the town. Hands – Doer, not a hoper: Hands-on, practical and willing to jump in wherever needed. Previous regional experience would be highly regarded. We’re looking for someone who understands that running a successful regional pub is about much more than what happens inside the four walls.
