VERIFICATION AGENT — SWEDISH MARKET

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Swedish-speaking Verification Agent to join a growing FX operation in Cyprus.

The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with Swedish-speaking clients and experienced in handling customer documentation, verification procedures and financial information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct verification procedures with clients
Review and verify customer documentation
Handle calls, emails and online communication
Verify financial source and payment-related documentation
Follow internal KYC / verification procedures
Identify missing or inconsistent documentation
Communicate professionally with Swedish-speaking clients
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
Work closely with Compliance, KYC, Customer Support and Sales teams
Ensure all verification processes are completed accurately and efficiently

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent Swedish — mandatory
Good English communication skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in FX / financial services / brokerage / verification / KYC / customer support
Experience handling financial or customer documentation is highly valued
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with CRM and communication systems
Professional telephone and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Cyprus-based candidates preferred / relocation may be considered depending on the employer
