We’re looking for a veterinarian to support four established small animal hospitals throughout the Wichita area , giving you the opportunity to work with different teams, see a wide variety of cases, and bring your experience and perspective to multiple practices - all while maintaining a predictable schedule and the support of a larger veterinary organization. You’ll work approximately four days per week, with your schedule planned in advance so you know where you'll be working rather than having to guess where you'll be needed from week to week. Hospitals You'll Support Prairie Ridge Animal Hospital Pet Haven Veterinary Clinic Heartland Animal Hospital Countryside Pet Clinic and Resort Each hospital has its own team, clientele, and rhythm, giving you variety in your workweek without constantly having to start over with a new practice or client base. You'll have the opportunity to: See a broad range of general practice cases across multiple hospitals Work alongside different doctors, technicians, and support teams Share knowledge and bring your own clinical strengths to each hospital Practice with autonomy while having additional resources and colleagues nearby Develop relationships with multiple established client bases Help support hospitals when additional veterinary coverage is needed Work approximately four days per week with schedules determined in advance Maintain a healthy work-life balance without last-minute schedule changes What You'll Practice Your caseload will vary by hospital, but may include: Preventive and wellness medicine Sick visits and urgent care Dentistry and dental radiography Soft-tissue surgery Diagnostics and imaging In-house laboratory work Long-term case management and client education Supported by a Strong Wichita NVA Network You'll have the resources of NVA behind you while working with locally based hospital teams.
