Village Veterinary Clinic is searching for an Associate DVM to join our Lompoc, CA, team! We’re searching for an Associate with 5+ years of experience and solid surgery and clinical skills. While we have an emphasis on small animal services, we also treat large animals and exotics. Our next Associate will focus on small animals, pocket pets are a plus! This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role comprised of 4-10s or 5-8s and rotating on-call services. The team at VVC is well-equipped to provide a complete range of services to clients along the central California coast. We’re looking for an Associate who: Loves small animal medicine (any special interests are welcome!) Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary range for this opportunity is $130,000 - $150,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
