Responsibilities
You will lead the organization's financial planning functions, including rolling forecasts, long-range planning, scenario modeling and capital planning support to ensure alignment between strategic priorities and financial performance. You will oversee financial planning and analysis, decision support and cost accounting while advancing performance reporting, data quality and analytical capabilities across the enterprise.
Working closely with executive, clinical and operational leaders, you will establish meaningful financial and operational metrics, evaluate strategic opportunities and provide actionable insights that support sound decision-making. You will also develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability, engagement and continuous improvement across the functions you support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
- Significant progressive experience in finance within a large healthcare or complex organization, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive leadership role, required
- Proven success leading enterprise-level financial planning and analysis functions required
- Strong track record of managing complex teams, fostering alignment across functions, and delivering results in dynamic healthcare environments required
