Videographer & Content Editor (Real Estate Focus)

About us

Hippios Marketing Management is a Sharjah-based marketing agency producing photography, video, social content, podcasts, websites and ad campaigns for brands across the UAE.

The role

You’ll shoot and edit content for multiple clients, from polished talking-head videos to fast-turnaround event coverage. You’ll work directly with clients, take their briefs, and deliver to a high standard on tight timelines.

What you’ll do

• Shoot talking-head videos for real estate agents and brands, handling framing, lighting, audio and on-camera direction
• Cover events on phone and deliver edited content within 1 hour of shooting
• Shoot and edit camera projects with a 24 to 48 hour turnaround
• Manage client communication on briefs, revisions and delivery
• Shoot on location across the UAE, including client sites in industrial areas

What you need

• A portfolio showing talking-head and short-form social content
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Strong editing skills in the software of your choice
• The ability to work fast without dropping quality
• Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately

No minimum years of experience. We hire on the quality of your work.

Strong plus

• Experience with Claude and Remotion (we’ll train you if not)
• Your own camera and audio gear (gear allowance provided)
• Your own UAE residence visa
• Real estate content experience

Working pattern

• 6 days a week, 8 hours a day, split between our Sharjah office and home
• Start times shift on event days to match the shoot

Compensation

AED 6,500 to 8,000 per month, all-inclusive, based on skill level and whether visa sponsorship is required.
