This isn't a standard "job." It is a high-trust, high-velocity environment where you ship to production on day one without code reviews. If you need a safety net or a 9-5 schedule, do not apply. The Mission: Build the core distributed systems for massive-scale AI voice agents. Move from "I don't know" to a working solution on novel technical problems. Work on-site in Berlin in a pair-programming, "act, then fix" culture. Who you are: You are a Founder: You've started a company or have side projects that prove you can build something from nothing. You are a Key Player: You don't just "complete tickets." You own projects and drive business outcomes. You are Technical: Strong Python fundamentals and experience with distributed systems.
