VP Product - Healthcare - Software as Medical Device (SaMD) - Build tech that helps saves lives worldwide - Relevant experience: Head- or VP of Product, but also Senior GPM's or Lead PMs

This is a financially healthy healthcare scale-up (~90 employees) with strong product–market fit and an established product helping clinicians detect disease earlier, improve treatment outcomes and save lives around the world. The platform is in production in dozens of countries, with proven clinical impact. The team is now preparing the internal technical landscape to be able to bring a broader product portfolio to market and is looking for the right person to drive this exciting journey.

We’re looking for a product leader with proven experience bringing Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) to market to lead their next phase of product development.

You'll be reporting to the CPTO, and work closely with your peers; VP Engineering & VP Innovation. You'll turn strategic direction into clear priorities, coordinated delivery and products that clinicians can confidently use. This role combines people leadership to a team of ~7 individuals with substantial ownership of execution across a growing portfolio.

You could already be a VP or Head of Product, or a an experienced Group Product Manager, or Lead Product manager ready for broader responsibility/impact. Your experience delivering regulated clinical software, preferably Internationally matters more than your current title!

What you’ll bring

• Proven product leadership experience with the medical/medtech/health domain
• You have experience with SaMD, including taking regulated software into clinical use
• You have strong stakeholder management skills
• Practical understanding of medical software development and relevant frameworks such as EU MDR, FDA, IEC 62304 or ISO 13485
• Experience leading product managers and coordinating delivery across multiple teams..
• The judgment to make difficult prioritisation decisions and the credibility to bring stakeholders with you.

Compensation:

• You’ll get a solid base salary + 10% bonus
• There is a stockoption plan available
• Monthly pension pay-out so you can decide what you want to do with it
• Hybrid with 1 or 2 days in the office
• Visa sponsorship and 30% ruling if relevant
