Waiter / Waitress (Dubai, UAE)

A new all-day restaurant opening in Dubai within weeks. One room, three registers: mornings, a full lunch service, and an evening that fills from the city rather than from a hotel lobby.

All-day service, which means three different rooms in one shift: breakfast, a long lunch, and an evening that runs on drinks and small plates.

What the role covers

• Deliver attentive, personalised service across every part of the day
• Know the menu completely and guide guests through it with confidence
• Take accurate orders and keep your section clean and correctly set
• Work closely with kitchen and bar to keep timings right

What we're looking for

• Previous experience on an à la carte or fine dining floor
• The ability to change register as the day changes
• Attention to detail, speed and accuracy under a full book
• Fluent English, a second European language is an advantage
