Job summary : You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Waiter/Waitress is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction. About the role : To ensure guests are provided with professional and courteous services according to Hyatt’s standard. Responsible to Team Leader – Outlet. Duties: • to e nsure the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times. • to provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate. • to handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. • to maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships. • to establishe a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships. Skills and experience: Female with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
