Are you looking to launch a long-term career in logistics and supply chain management? We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our Houston warehouse operations team.

In this role, you will start learning from our experienced operations manager of the ins and outs of this operation. We are consistently growing, so opportunity is there to advance your career!

Key Responsibilities (Training Provided)

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns.
• Support supervisors with employee scheduling, task assignments, and performance tracking.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, attendance, and operational KPIs.
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and management.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Prepare daily reports using Excel and warehouse management systems.
• Support workplace safety and operational compliance.

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Bilingual English/Chinese is required to effectively communicate with our team members.
• Experience: Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic Excel and computer skills.
• Willingness to learn warehouse operations and take on leadership responsibilities.
• Willing to work hands-on in daily warehouse operations, participate in job rotations, and work overtime as needed.
• Skills: Strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a professional demeanor.
• Mindset: A strong desire to learn, grow, and step into a leadership/management role.

What We Offer

• Starting Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00
