We are looking for a responsible and organized Supervisor to join our domestic workers services center. The role involves supporting, guiding, and coordinating domestic workers while helping maintain smooth daily operations at the center.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support domestic workers on a daily basis.
Conduct and coordinate daily training and practical guidance.
Assist workers with their everyday tasks and workplace routines.
Communicate instructions clearly and professionally.
Monitor training progress and provide constructive feedback.
Help maintain a positive, respectful, and organized working environment.
Coordinate with the center's management team regarding worker needs and progress.

Requirements:

Good spoken English is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in supervision, training, hospitality, housekeeping, caregiving, or a related field is an advantage.
Ability to work responsibly in a multicultural environment.
Experience communicating with Myanmar-speaking workers is preferred.
Patient, organized, and supportive attitude.
