HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to build and lead a team of 8 agents supporting autonomous delivery operations.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in call center/customer service operations, with proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- 2+ years managing a frontline team of 8+ employees
- Experience in team training, rostering and performance management
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM, ticketing or operational systems
- Valid UAE driving licence or eligibility to convert
- Strong English communication skills
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Willingness to work late shifts as required
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to work in Abu Dhabi
