The ideal candidate will have experience in Finance, Wealth or Business development role. This is a full-time, 1 year contract, renewable, with opportunities for growth and development within our company. The Company: Our client is France's top independent advisory in Asia, with offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Dubai, and Paris. They assist families, executives, and leaders in managing global assets, offering expert advice on real estate, finance, and alternative investments. Focused on personalized service, they build long-term trust and prioritize their clients' best interests. As the client is experiencing rapid global expansion, we are seeking motivated Wealth Advisor on their behalf, eager to join their team at one of their offices. Position: Wealth advisor, Spanish speaker Location: Shanghai, China ( Company is arranging a work visa. ) Employment: Full time / 1 year renewable Date of start: ASAP Remuneration: To be discussed Overall Purpose As a Wealth Advisor you will be providing clients with in-dept advice on how to balance their assets over the medium/long term. This role involves strong business development skills and analytical skills to recommend the most appropriate strategy and services available, ensuring that clients are fully aware of their benefits. You will work with our clients on positive life changing decision. Job Description: Generate new relationship and new business opportunities through networking, cold calls and referrals Conduct in-depth reviews of your prospective clients personal financial circumstances, current provision, and long-term goals Provide a best-in-class service experience to high-net-worth clients. This entails frequent communication both verbally and in writing Coordinate timely investment process of new accounts within internal guidelines Other duties as assigned and participation in team projects designed to streamline firm policies and procedures You will be trained by a Partner until you are ready to work on your own. Job Requirements: Native Spanish and Fluent in English Hands-on, sales-oriented mindset with a flair for building commercial momentum. Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or Economics >3+ years of experience in a Finance, Wealth or Business development role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must Willing to relocate to Shanghai, China Benefits: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance.
