Fundamental Hospitality is looking for experienced and passionate Head Waiters to join our exceptional teams in Dubai for the upcoming winter season . As a Head Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience, leading the service team on the floor and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are consistently maintained. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the service team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests in line with Fundamental Hospitality standards. Welcome guests, manage their requests and ensure a memorable dining experience. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food, beverages, menus and service standards. Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams to ensure seamless service. Train, coach and motivate junior members of the team. Anticipate guests’ needs and handle requests or concerns professionally. Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail. Assist management with daily operational requirements and contribute to achieving service and business objectives. Requirements Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter or similar position within a luxury restaurant, hotel or high-end hospitality environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, polished and guest-focused attitude. Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a strong advantage. International hospitality experience is preferred. Why Join Us?
