- Secure and manage negotiated rates with preferred airlines, hotel chains, and rental car vendors, with a focus on extended-stay and volume pricing.
- Track travel spend by project, job, and subcontractor group, and report savings and trends to Operations leadership.
- Reconcile travel charges and support invoicing and billing accuracy with Finance.
- Ensure bookings follow company travel guidelines, budgets, and project cost codes.
- Maintain up-to-date travel policy documentation and communicate updates to subcontractor partners and internal teams.

- 3+ years in corporate travel coordination, logistics, or high-volume booking, ideally supporting field, construction, or project-based workforces.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret travel spend and surface savings.
- Strong organization and the ability to manage many simultaneous bookings under tight timelines.
- Experience with travel booking platforms or TMCs (e.g., Concur, Egencia, Navan, or similar).
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating travel supplier rates.
- Clear, responsive communication with both internal teams and external subcontractor partners.
- Bonus: GBTA certification, experience in construction or contracting, or experience mentoring a travel team.
