03_Specjalista (komercyjny) Services Your Contribution Lead and drive the Total Rewards agenda across Europe in alignment with global strategy Guide and develop a regional Total Rewards team Translate global frameworks (compensation, benefits, job architecture) into effective regional solutions Oversee and optimize key processes: salary reviews, bonus cycles, budgeting, salary bands, and job evaluations (HAY methodology) Drive regional projects to enhance competitiveness and attractiveness of remuneration & benefits Ensure harmonization, efficiency, and governance of Total Rewards processes, programs, and vendors across the region Monitor KPIs, analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and decision-making Ensure compliance with European and local regulations (e.g. EU Pay Transparency Directive) and partner with HR & business stakeholders Your experience & qualifications 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, ideally in an international/matrix environment (preferably manufacturing) Proven leadership experience, including building and managing high-performing teams Strong expertise in compensation frameworks, job architecture and Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology Experience in leading international projects and translating HR strategy into scalable solutions Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define KPIs Experience working with senior stakeholders across regions and functions Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (HR/OD focus preferred) Business fluent English; additional European languages are a plus Our Offering Attractive salary package (incl. co-financed private medical care, Multisport, Medicover Sport, opportunity to join group insurance) Free personal, legal and financial advisory service (Employee Assistance Program) Becoming a member of a fast-growing team in an innovative company with stable market position Possibility to work for a well-known brand, a leader in Automotive industry whose products are highly recognized worldwide Relocation bonus for candidates who are based more than 100 km from Wrocław Online foreign language courses Referral bonus program Flexible work schedule and possible working from home solution (home office) We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with personal & career development opportunities.
