About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Integration Support Specialist to join a high performing technology team responsible for the delivery, operation and enhancement of enterprise integration platforms and cloud-based services.

Working within a collaborative API and Integration team, you will play a key role in supporting developer platforms, integration services and cloud applications that underpin critical business operations. You will be involved across the full integration lifecycle, including architecture, API development, onboarding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting and ongoing support.

This position suits a senior engineer with strong cloud, integration and DevOps expertise who enjoys working in a modern Azure environment and partnering closely with software development teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, enhance and maintain enterprise API and integration platforms.
• Support the operation of cloud-based applications and developer portals.
• Participate in integration design, implementation and migration initiatives.
• Develop, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and identify root causes across applications and environments.
• Support Azure platforms, Web Apps and cloud migration activities.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to onboard applications and deployment pipelines.
• Interpret architectural designs, technical documentation and implementation blueprints.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable integration outcomes.
• Mentor and support team members where required.
• Manage competing priorities while delivering quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
  
  

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience managing and supporting enterprise integration platforms.
• Advanced experience with Terraform and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong software development background using .NET technologies.
• Experience designing, building and supporting API-led integration solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automation and cloud architecture.
• Strong understanding of API security, lifecycle management, standards and best practices.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions and architectural designs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.

You have experience operating within complex enterprise environments and can confidently contribute to architecture discussions, integration roadmaps and cloud transformation initiatives.
