We need an English-fluent Senior BIM Technician , based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: Audit BIM and CAD deliverables received from external A/E and contractor teams Upgrade and standardize models and drawings to align with current owner standards Integrate discipline-specific content into owner Master Models Troubleshoot technical BIM/CAD issues, develop practical solutions, and document resolutions for inclusion in team procedures and the departmental manual Maintain and update centralized drawing and model libraries Support internal stakeholders by fulfilling drawing and model requests Analyze legacy CAD files and map older standards to current standards Track work status and contribute to operational metrics and KPIs Participate in coordination, progress, and status meetings Contribute to templates, documentation, and workflow improvements Requirements: 5+ years of experience with Revit and AutoCAD Experience supporting construction, engineering, manufacturing, or facilities environments Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or CAD, or equivalent experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), LOD requirements, and owner BIM/CAD standards Experience working with deliverables received from external consultants or contractors Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / Forma Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a structured, standards-driven environment It's a plus: Dynamo, PyRevit, automation or scripting Navisworks, Civil 3D ACC/BIM 360 project setup, bridging, and issue tracking Experience with legacy drawings and long-lifecycle assets Familiarity with record, closeout, or facilities deliverables Compensation: The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,500 - $4,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform. The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
