Escopo Role: Intune & JAMF Administrator - Starting Date: Immediately - Contract: 12 months with extension - Work Location: 100% remote - Working Hours: 9h00 to 18h00 with availability to participate in an on-call rotation for critical P1 incidents when required. - Language: English Advanced is mandatory Job Description • Administration, support, and optimization of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Jamf Pro environments, ensuring the security, compliance, and efficiency of corporate devices. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience • Advanced/fluent English (mandatory) • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager • Experience with Jamf Pro administration • macOS administration and troubleshooting • Management of Windows and Apple devices • Experience with Windows Autopilot • Knowledge of Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles, and Endpoint Security • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory • Knowledge of PowerShell and automation • Experience with MDM/UEM and corporate endpoint management • Experience with patch management, software deployment, and device enrollment Preferred • Advanced or fluent Spanish • Apple Business Manager (ABM) • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint • Bash, Shell Scripting, or Python • Jamf certifications • Microsoft certifications (MD-102, AZ-104, SC-200, SC-900, AZ-900) • Knowledge of Zero Trust and Endpoint Security best practices Resume Guidelines The résumé must be submitted in English and should clearly describe the candidate’s hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Jamf Pro, macOS, Windows and Apple device management, Windows Autopilot, endpoint security, automation, and the other technologies listed in this position.
