Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant specializing in SAP SD or SAP MM to support retail logistics, store fulfillment, inbound distribution, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes in a large-scale retail environment.

The professional will be responsible for analyzing, supporting, and improving SAP retail processes, ensuring effective integration between store operations, order fulfillment, distribution, and inventory management.

This position requires strong functional expertise in either SAP SD or SAP MM, with the ability to work independently in a multi-vendor environment and collaborate with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve SAP retail logistics and supply chain processes.
• Support end-to-end order fulfillment and store operations using SAP SD or SAP MM.
• Work with In-Store Pickup (APU) processes to support retail order fulfillment.
• Support Ship From Store (SFS) processes and related logistics workflows.
• Analyze and support Inbound Distribution Logistics (IDL) processes.
• Support inventory management processes across retail operations.
• Drive SAP SD or SAP MM functional deliverables with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and multiple vendor teams to ensure effective delivery of SAP solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve retail logistics, distribution, and supply chain workflows.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in SAP functional consulting
• Strong functional expertise in SAP SD or SAP MM
• Experience with Retail Logistics processes
• Knowledge and experience with In-Store Pickup (APU)
• Knowledge and experience with Ship From Store (SFS)
• Knowledge and experience with Inbound Distribution Logistics (IDL)
• Experience with Inventory Management processes
• Understanding of end-to-end order fulfillment processes
• Knowledge of retail store operations and supply chain workflows
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments
• Availability to work onsite in São Paulo three days per week

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working in large-scale retail environments
• Previous experience working with Apple
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience using AI or automation tools

Languages

• Advanced English is mandatory, including the ability to participate confidently in technical interviews and professional discussions.
