About the Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant specializing in Sales and Distribution (SD), with knowledge of Transportation Management (TM) and SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud Editions.

The professional will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP logistics solutions in complex environments, ensuring effective integration between Sales and Distribution, Transportation Management, and other SAP modules.

The position requires hands-on experience with SAP logistics processes, functional troubleshooting, implementation projects, and application support. The consultant will contribute to business process improvements, provide functional guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.

The project involves international clients across the Americas, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America, requiring fluent communication in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions and their integration with Transportation Management (TM).
• Prepare and maintain Functional Specification Documents to support SAP implementations and enhancements.
• Plan and execute Functional Unit Testing to validate business processes and functional solutions.
• Apply SAP Best Practices and Scope Items in SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud environments.
• Provide functional guidance and troubleshoot complex issues related to SAP logistics and business processes.
• Lead and participate in SAP implementation and support projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Analyze functional issues and provide effective solutions involving SAP SD, TM, and related integration scenarios.
• Deliver functional training to business users and technical teams, supporting knowledge transfer and effective adoption of SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration with SAP FI, CO, MM, PP, QM, SCM, MM-IM, and EWM.
• Provide SAP application support using ticketing tools while following Initial Response Time (IRT) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
• Maintain standardized functional documentation and processes in compliance with customer standards.
• Communicate technical concepts and functional solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and mentoring activities within project and support teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP logistics solutions in complex environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Practical knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM) and its integration with SAP SD.
• At least 7 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Edition and/or at least 3 years with SAP S/4HANA Public Edition, covering Sales and Transportation Management.
• Knowledge of SAP Best Practices or Scope Items in SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Editions.
• Experience preparing Functional Specification Documents.
• Experience performing Functional Unit Testing.
• Experience troubleshooting SAP logistics processes and integration issues.
• Proven experience participating in and leading SAP implementation and support projects.
• Strong SAP application support experience using ticketing tools and working with IRT and SLA requirements.
• Experience delivering user training and functional knowledge transfer.
• SAP S/4HANA Public Edition or SAP S/4HANA Private Edition certification.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and training experience.

Preferred Requirements

• ABAP knowledge, including debugging and programming.
• Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud (CX).
• Knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud (Customer Service).
• Knowledge of SAP AI capabilities.

Languages

• English: Fluent, including spoken and written communication — Mandatory.
• Spanish: Fluent, including spoken and written communication — Mandatory.
• Both languages are required to support international clients across the Americas, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America.
