𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a collaborative design team working on innovative digital products and services within the transportation and technology domain.

You will play a key role in shaping user experiences, understanding customer needs, and translating complex challenges into intuitive, user-centered digital solutions. Working closely with product owners, business analysts, developers and stakeholders, you will contribute throughout the product lifecycle, from initial research and concept development to implementation, launch and continuous improvement.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

▪️ Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify customer needs and pain points.

▪️ Translate research insights into actionable design concepts and user-centered solutions.

▪️ Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and product teams to generate ideas and define requirements.

▪️ Develop user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and interactive prototypes.

▪️ Create detailed UX/UI designs for digital products and services across devices and interfaces.

▪️ Define user experience goals, metrics and hypotheses, and evaluate design outcomes after release.

▪️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements.

▪️ Champion user-centered design principles and contribute to design standards and best practices.

▪️ Mentor and guide colleagues to strengthen design thinking and UX capabilities.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

✅ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design or a related design discipline.

✅ Minimum 5 years of professional UX/design experience.

✅ Strong experience in UX/UI design for software and digital services.

✅ Experience in usability research, analysis and complex user workflows.

✅ Proficiency in user flows, wireframing, prototyping and visual design.

✅ Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

✅ Ability to connect user needs, business value and technical feasibility.

✅ A strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and measurable impact.

✅ A collaborative, proactive and user-focused mindset.

✅ Valid work authorization for Sweden.

✅ Ability to work from the Gothenburg office a couple of days per week.

Experience or interest in the transportation industry, connected solutions, digitalization or emerging technologies is an advantage.
