岗位定位：影响力投资+养殖科技赛道投资，兼顾财务回报和动物福利、可持续正向影响力；对接影响力基金、产业资本，做项目研判、投后赋能。

【岗位职责】

1. 聚焦养殖、动物福利、可持续食品、农科技术赛道，做项目挖掘、行业研判、尽职调查、投资建议书、投决材料。
2. 建立和影响力投资基金、产业资本、家族办公室、公益资本的联系，推介内部孵化EIR项目、外部优质农科标的。
3. 评估标的双重底线：商业可行性、盈利空间 + 动物福利、低碳、产业向善的真实影响力，设计影响力指标、评估框架。
4. 投后赋能：给被投/孵化项目链接我们的产业智库、养殖资源、科研网络，辅助战略、试点落地、标准建设。
5. 沉淀赛道投资笔记、影响力评估体系，输出行业投研观点，参与行业投资交流。

【任职要求】

• 
  
• 本科及以上学历，信息工程/软硬件开发、农业经济、金融、投资、可持续、ESG等相关经历优先，我们看重候选人的综合素质与潜力
• 中文母语水平（必须），良好的文字撰写能力，能独立输出项目报告与研究分析文档，英文具备工作沟通能力（可阅读研究资料、对接国际合作伙伴）
• 能适应较高不确定性，具备主动发现和定义工作方向的能力，而非等待指令；
• 较强的沟通协调与跨方项目管理能力，能适应不定期出差，覆盖养殖场走访、会议参与及行业活动支持；
• 具有家禽或农业领域经验者优先，但非必需；
• 做过农业/食品/农牧赛道优先； 看得懂养殖产业链成本结构、商业模式，能区分“营销型可持续”和真实可落地的福利升级； 具备资本资源网络。

Company Description Myrias is a venture builder focused on improving animal welfare through practical, evidence-based solutions. Depending on the problem, the organization may create nonprofits, for-profit companies, or research projects, choosing the vehicle that can most effectively reduce suffering. Myrias targets large-scale, neglected sources of animal harm, aiming for high-impact, scalable interventions. Priorities are regularly reassessed and updated in line with emerging data and research, creating a dynamic environment for team members who value adaptability and rigorous thinking.

Role Description This is a full-time role focused on impact investing in smart agriculture and animal welfare. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and supporting investment opportunities that can significantly reduce animal suffering while maintaining or improving agricultural productivity. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and impact research, building financial and impact models, engaging with founders and project leads, and preparing concise investment memos and presentations. The position also requires collaboration with internal and external experts, monitoring portfolio performance, and iterating investment theses as new evidence and technologies emerge. The role suits someone who is comfortable working autonomously, coordinating across time zones, and aligning investment decisions with Myrias’s mission-driven, evidence-led approach.

Qualifications

• Impact investing and finance: Ability to analyze business models, interpret financial statements, build basic financial models, and assess risk–return and impact profiles.
• Smart agriculture and animal welfare knowledge: Familiarity with agricultural technologies, supply chains, animal welfare science, and policy or regulatory landscapes related to food systems.
• Research and analysis: Strong skills in structured research, data interpretation, critical thinking, and synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Communication and collaboration: Clear written and verbal communication skills, experience preparing investment memos or reports, and comfort working with diverse stakeholders in remote settings.
• Strategic and evidence-based mindset: Demonstrated ability to prioritize based on evidence, think in terms of neglected and high-leverage problems, and revise views in light of new information.
• Preferred background: Bachelor’s or higher degree in fields such as finance, economics, agriculture, biology, public policy, or related disciplines; prior experience in impact investing, venture capital, management consulting, or agritech is an advantage.
• Work style and values: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, strong personal motivation to reduce animal suffering, and commitment to integrity, inclusivity, and non-discriminatory practices.
