About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, delivery-focused Senior IT Project Manager/Implementation Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementation projects across multiple business units.

You will join an IT organisation and ensure successful project delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will lead functional and technical teams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure alignment between business requirements, technical delivery, and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT deliveries for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.

• Plan and manage system implementation activities, including configuration, data migration, integrations, hypercare and handover.

• Lead a team of D365 functional and technical consultants.

• Align technical delivery with business requirements and project plans.

• Act as the primary IT counterpart to Business Project Managers and Implementation Managers.

• Coordinate dependencies with solution design, development, integration teams and external vendors.

• Manage market-specific configurations and deviations from standard blueprints.

• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations.

• Strong IT project management and leadership experience.

• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.

• Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle phases.

• Experience coordinating business, IT and external stakeholders.

• Knowledge of system integrations, data migration strategies and ERP architecture.

• Experience managing complex projects with multiple dependencies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Important Information

• Minimum 3 days per week at the Södertälje office is mandatory.

• Candidates must be comfortable working predominantly on-site, with up to 5 office days depending on project activities.
