About The Company And The Role
SVETET is a website studio for business: we create, redesign, and refine sites that bring inquiries. CRM, automation, SEO/ads, and harder IT work sit around that core when they strengthen results — not instead of it.
The team works remotely. We respect the right to work from anywhere; timezone overlap is agreed with the lead, not a fake corporate 9-to-6.
We are looking for people who share a simple bar: ship real commercial work, speak plainly, and care about the lead path — not slide decks.
Part of client work sits on 1C:Enterprise 8.x: retail and warehouse circuits, non-typical configurations, and bridges to the website and CRM. We need a 1C developer who can extend living systems from real user tickets, keep integrations (HTTP / web services) reliable, and read someone else’s code without rewriting the world on day one.
This is not a vacancy inside a telecom holding. You work with SVETET on commercial projects: when a client’s operations run on 1C and the web storefront or lead path depends on that data staying consistent.
What we expect
3–6 years of commercial 1C development (not only admin / consulting without code).
Confident programming on 1C:Enterprise 8.3: managed and ordinary forms.
Hands-on integration experience: HTTP, web services, JSON and XML.
SKD at user and code level — you can ship a report that matches the brief.
You can navigate unfamiliar configurations and explain what you changed.
Retail hardware experience (KKM, acquiring) is a plus, not a hard gate.
Russian enough to discuss tickets with the business; English is a plus for briefs.
What we offer
Official contract / B2B or employment — whatever is legal and sane for both sides.
Remote full-time; timezone overlap agreed with the lead (not a fake office 9-to-6).
Paid trial on a scoped 1C ticket — not unpaid homework.
Real commercial systems: retail, warehouse, CRM/site bridges — not toy training bases.
Rate review after the first shipped milestone — only up, or we part ways clearly.
Direct loop with web/backend when the integration surface spans beyond 1C.
What you’ll do
Develop and support non-typical configurations on 1C:Enterprise 8.x from user and product tickets.
Extend functionality: managed and ordinary forms, documents, registers, business logic — without breaking the live circuit.
Design and maintain integrations of 1C with external systems via HTTP and web services (JSON / XML).
Build and tune SKD reports at both user and programmatic levels.
Join initiative working groups on further product development when the backlog needs a 1C owner.
Read and carefully refactor unfamiliar code; leave short notes so the next engineer is not blind.
When needed — work with retail hardware (cash register, acquiring terminal) and related exchange scenarios.

User-level and code-level data composition — reports that match what finance and retail actually ask for.
