Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data visualization solutions. Create data models and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability. Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices. Stay updated on the latest developments in Power BI and recommend enhancements to existing systems. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives and projects. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Proven experience (4 years) working with Power BI to develop complex dashboards and reports. Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
