What You'll Do

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality 2D and 3D animations for digital products and interactive experiences.
• Create engaging visual assets, including animated characters, symbols, illustrations, motion graphics, and thumbnails.
• Transform static designs and creative concepts into dynamic, visually appealing animations.
• Develop expressive character animations, transitions, and visual effects across different artistic styles.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Teams, Designers, Developers, and Product Owners to deliver polished visual solutions.
• Follow established art guidelines, brand standards, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and optimize animation assets in the required formats for seamless integration into digital products.
• Explore new animation techniques, creative trends, and tools to continuously improve visual quality.
• Ensure consistency, attention to detail, and timely delivery across multiple projects.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in 2D/3D animation, motion design, or a similar creative role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Spine 2D, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, visual composition, and motion graphics.
• Experience creating character animations, animated visual assets, and engaging motion effects.
• Ability to work within established visual styles while contributing original creative ideas.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and meet deadlines.
• A professional portfolio demonstrates relevant animation and motion design work.

Nice to Have

• A degree in Animation, Digital Arts, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Advanced experience with Spine 2D, including character rigging and animation.
• Experience creating animated assets for interactive digital platforms.
• Familiarity with asset optimization and technical requirements for digital environments.
• Experience working on projects involving diverse visual styles and complex animation requirements.
