This presents an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation and drive Honda's success in the EV market. 概要 プロダクトマネージャーとして、開発チームを率い、Drivemodeの部門横断的なメンバーやグローバルなHondaチームと協力し、将来のモバイルアプリやプラットフォームの戦略や開発をリードします。特に、グローバルなHondaのお客様向けに、次世代のコネクテッドカー機能を定義し、構築・改善することに重点を置きます。この役割は、Hondaを電気自動車（EV）およびソフトウェア・ディファインド・ビークル（SDV）市場におけるリーダーに進化させる上で非常に重要です。 職務内容 プロダクト戦略の定義と実行: Hondaのコネクテッド機能の核となる部分の製品ビジョン、戦略、ロードマップを策定し、Honda/Drivemodeのゴールやビジョンとの整合性を確保します。 顧客中心のイノベーションの推進: データ、ユーザー調査、市場からの洞察を活用し、グローバルな顧客に向けて直感的で楽しく、非常に機能的なモバイルアプリ体験を創造します。 部門横断的なコラボレーション: Hondaの各エンジニア部や、Drivemodeのデザイン、プロダクト、技術メンバーなどと密接に連携し、優先順位を調整し、期待値を管理し、地域およびグローバルなニーズを満たすソリューションを提供します。 ソフトウェア・プロダクト開発の浸透と推進: プロダクトマネジメント、UXデザイン、技術統合のベストプラクティスを確立し、Hondaがコネクテッドサービスイノベーションの最前線に立ち続けることを後押しします。 出張: 主要なステークホルダーと協力するため、栃木およびその他の拠点、ならびにDrivemodeおよびHonda USオフィスへの出張が必要になります。 求める経験・スキル 経験: 5年以上のプロダクトマネジメントまたはそれに比する経験があり、成功した消費者向けテクノロジー製品を提供した実績があること。大企業とスタートアップの両方での経験が非常に望ましい。 業界知識: プロダクト開発の基礎とUX/UIの原則に対する深い理解が必須。また、この役割には、車両アーキテクチャと組み込みソフトウェア、クラウドサービス、モバイルアプリに関する基本的な理解が求められます。自動車業界での経験は非常に有利ですが、必須ではありません。 バイリンガル能力: 日本語での会話および書面での流暢さ、およびビジネスレベルの英語が必須。 優れたコラボレーション力: 多文化・多地域の環境で、多くのステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、皆をまとめ上げることで活躍できること。 分析力と戦略的思考: 優れた問題解決能力と、長期的なビジョンと短期的な実行のバランスを取り、結果を出しながらイノベーションを推進する能力。 モビリティへの情熱: 交通の未来、電気自動車、ソフトウェア定義車両への強い関心。 EEOC Statement: Drivemode is proud of a very diverse team with employees coming from 5 continents and 20+ countries as of today.
