Accommodations Specialist

The Leave & Accommodations Associate will provide administrative and operational support for LPL's Accommodation and Leave team. The primary focus of this position will be supporting the front-end accommodation process, including documentation collection, employee communication, case tracking, and coordination with managers. This role will assist with intake activities, documentation follow-up, packet creation, records management, and process coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage multiple active requests in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage front-end accommodation request workflows. Review incoming accommodation requests submitted through Smartsheet. Partner with managers to obtain job duty grids and supporting documentation. Assemble accommodation packets and distribute required paperwork to employees. Track employee response deadlines and conduct ongoing follow-up activities. Monitor multiple active accommodation cases and maintain accurate status updates. Maintain documentation and records in designated systems and repositories. Coordinate communication between employees, HR, managers, and internal stakeholders. Support data cleanup, documentation organization, and archival initiatives. Assist with process improvement and future-state workflow development. Escalate complex cases to Leave & Accommodations specialists for review. Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems and web-based tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $24.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
