Client Profile: Company is a fiduciary and CFO service provider for Swiss SMEs and startups. What distinguishes us from a classic fiduciary office: We have translated our entire value chain – from receipt coding via VAT, dunning and payment runs to the annual financial statements – into our own, AI-supported tools. A deterministic script calculates, humans evaluate and approve. That is why we are not looking for clerks who type lines, but minds who take responsibility for results.

• We are growing faster than one person can manage mandates. You will take over your own client base end-to-end: current accounting, statements, customer contact. The operative part is largely automated with us – your contribution is professional judgment, responsibility towards the customer and adherence to deadlines.Your Role: You will take over your own client base end-to-end. Receipts & Booking: Check AI suggestions for receipt coding and control invoice imports.
• Reconciliation & VAT: Check bank allocations and submit VAT via the ESTV ePortal.
• Annual Statements: Take full responsibility for annual accounts (OR), accruals, provisions, valuations, and the appendix.
• Client Management: Act as the primary contact person for your mandates and lead quarterly meetings.

• What You BringAt least 4 years of Swiss fiduciary or accounting experience with multiple parallel mandates.
• Confidence in financial statements according to OR and strong command of VAT.
• Practical experience with Bexio, Run my Accounts, Abacus, or Odoo.
• Fluent business German; English for international mandates.
• Willingness to work consistently with AI tools and critically review their results.
