Remote Experienced Insurance Producer
Philip Watson Insurance and Financial Services, Inc.
We are looking for an experienced insurance producer who already knows the business and is ready to bring that experience to a successful agency.
This is a fully remote position.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with a proven history of producing business who can step in, work with customers, and contribute immediately.
State Farm experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience with State Farm systems, products, processes, and sales expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales producer with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding production goals.
- State Farm experience strongly preferred.
- Fully licensed in P&C and Life & Health.
- Financial Services sales experience required, including the ability to confidently identify needs, develop opportunities, and close investment, retirement, and other financial services business.
- Strong competitive drive. You enjoy winning business, pursuing opportunities, following up, and closing sales.
- Reliable and accountable. You do what you say you will do, stay on top of opportunities, and follow through with customers.
- Self-motivated. You know how to manage your time, pipeline, and activity without being constantly directed.
- Confident communicator who can identify customer needs, make recommendations, overcome objections, and close business.
- Customer-focused while maintaining a strong sales mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication, productivity, and accountability.
What You’ll Do
- Produce new business through inbound opportunities, outbound activity, referrals, and existing customer relationships.
- Work with both existing customers and new customers to identify insurance and financial services needs.
- Sell personal lines, business insurance, and financial service products.
- Manage opportunities from initial conversation through follow-up and close.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and customers to maximize opportunities.
- Identify additional products and coverage needs and make appropriate recommendations.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in State Farm and agency systems.
- Work toward individual and agency production goals.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a strong focus on sales results.
Compensation
$61,100 Annual Base Salary, paid bi-weekly
Plus bonus and commission opportunities that are typically expected to range from $2,000–$3,000 per month, with actual earnings varying based on actual production and performance.
This is a results-based position. Compensation beyond the base salary is directly tied to production and performance.

Remote Work Expectations
This is a fully remote position, but it is a full-time working position—not a flexible side job.
You are expected to be online, available, and actively working Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Eastern Time.
You must be responsive to customers and team members throughout the workday, participate in meetings and training as required, and maintain consistent productivity.
We trust experienced producers to manage their own day without constant supervision. In return, we expect strong availability, follow-through, activity, and results.
