Account Executive – SaaS (Inbound + Outbound)

Hive Inspect is home inspection software used by 2,500+ inspectors in the US: $99 a month, every AI tool included, no charge per inspection. New users try it on 5 free reports, no credit card. You'll start by turning our daily trial signups into paying customers, then build your own pipeline with outbound.

The role

• Full-time, during US business hours (Eastern, Central or Pacific time), Monday to Friday.
• Remote from Latin America.
• Independent contractor, paid monthly in USD.
• You work directly with the founder.
• Start as soon as possible.

What you'll do

• First: call, email and message new trial users soon after they sign up. Run short video demos, handle objections, follow up, and close monthly, annual and team plans.
• Then: add outbound once trial follow-up is covered. Prospect home inspectors and inspection companies by phone, email and LinkedIn, and book and close your own deals.
• Get your new customers set up: templates, settings and their first report. Our support team handles technical questions.
• Keep our CRM up to date with notes and next steps.

What good looks like

In your first 30 days, you can demo Hive without a script and you start closing. By day 90, you're hitting a monthly new-account target we set together.

Must have

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, closing deals yourself
• Inbound and outbound experience: you've followed up trials or demo requests, and you've built pipeline yourself
• Strong spoken and written English
• Experience selling to small-business owners by phone or video
• Able to work US business hours full-time

Nice to have

• Sold software to home-service businesses (inspectors, contractors, trades)
• Sold a monthly subscription with a free trial

Pay

• Base: $2,000–$3,000 USD a month, based on experience.
• Uncapped commission: 10% on every new customer, with no limit. Inbound or outbound. Example: 20 new customers a month on our monthly plan adds about $2,400 to your base pay.
