This entails creating and implementing account growth strategies, identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service . To excel as an Account Management Specialist, you must possess a deep understanding of physical product sales and the requisite skills and experience to establish and sustain relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, and customer service . Retail experience and the ability to manage several hundred to a thousand SKUs are significant advantages. A strong understanding of physical product sales is required. A proven track record of maintaining long-term relationships with employers is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Requirements: Remote | Philippine-wide Full-time Graveyard Shift 5 days a week, 2 days off, rdot when needed Salary for this position will depend on the candidate's level of qualifications and experience.
