Account Manager Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to handle client onboarding and provide Level 1 support. The role involves taking a more reactive approach to customer requests, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, customer support, and onboarding processes, ideally within the gambling or related industries. Key Responsibilities: Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their requests and resolving issues in a timely manner. Provide Level 1 support for customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and service requests. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers' needs are met and issues are escalated when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage follow-up tasks to ensure issues are fully resolved. Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Assist in account management activities, including monitoring client needs and providing ongoing support. Key Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in account management, customer support, or onboarding processes. Familiarity with the payments industry, gambling industry or related sectors is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills, with a proactive and responsive approach to client needs. Ability to handle Level 1 technical support, resolving basic issues and coordinating with technical teams for more complex matters. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage customer expectations. Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts. Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in account management or support roles, preferably in the gambling industry or payments, and is comfortable handling onboarding and customer inquiries in a reactive and responsive manner.
