Run 1:1 coaching sessions with clients in our signature programs. Track each client's progress and hold them accountable in a personalized way. Create a safe, grounded space where clients can have real breakthroughs. Work directly with the founders and the team to keep evolving the program. This Is For You If Naturally Empathetic: You genuinely care about people's growth and connect easily with clients from all walks of life. Emotionally Intelligent: You read between the lines. You respond with wisdom, not scripts. Growth-Minded: You live what you teach. Personal development is a real part of your life, not a buzzword. Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things that make a client feel truly seen and supported. Calm Under Pressure: When emotions run high on a call, you stay grounded and hold the room. Skills & Experience Must-Haves: Excellent written and spoken English. 2+ years in coaching, counseling, client success, or a similar people-facing role. Confident facilitating group calls and workshops. Strong active listening and question-asking instincts. Comfortable with Zoom, Slack, and standard digital tools. Nice-to-Haves: Background or genuine interest in psychology, neuroscience, or behavioural change. Experience inside a wellness, mindset, or personal development program. Familiarity with accountability frameworks (habit tracking, weekly check-ins, etc.). What We Offer Compensation: $2,300 USD/month, depending on experience.
