Last year a media buyer reached out just to ask about our client acquisition strategy. We weren't even hiring. Forty-five minutes later he sent us a rebuilt onboarding funnel, completely unsolicited. You won't manage client relationships or take client calls. You'll own the strategy, run the campaigns, and obsess over what the data is telling you. Client-facing teams handle everything else. Your job is pure performance. 📈

What we're looking for:

✅ Proven Meta Ads and Google Ads experience for performance-driven brands

✅ Google Ads proficiency is required, not a plus

✅ You see something broken and start pulling apart the data without being told

✅ Clear English with a neutral accent (video required as part of application)

✅ You care about performance personally, not because a manager is watching

✅ A track record where you owned the result, not just the task
