Account Manager

Account Manager Lead Klaviyo strategy and drive email growth for eCommerce brands. We usually respond within 2 hours Account Manager – Email Marketing & Klaviyo Be the person clients rely on to keep their email marketing moving. This role sits at the centre of the client relationship and the delivery team. You’ll work directly with eCommerce and DTC brands, understand their goals, communicate performance and strategy, and make sure the right work gets done at the right time. You’ll work across both client management and email marketing, coordinating specialists while keeping quality, timelines, and results on track. The Role Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact Run weekly client calls and communicate performance, recommendations, and next steps Oversee campaigns, flows, pop-ups, and broader email retention strategy in Klaviyo Coordinate copywriters, designers, and Klaviyo specialists Manage campaign calendars, revisions, approvals, and deadlines Review work for quality, brand alignment, and client objectives QA emails before launch and make sure deliverables meet the required standard Spot potential issues and opportunities before they become bigger problems What You’ll Need 3+ years in account management, client services, or a similar agency/performance marketing role Strong understanding of email marketing and lifecycle flows Experience working with Klaviyo Background working with eCommerce or DTC brands Strong communication skills and confidence leading client conversations Able to give clear feedback and manage client expectations Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts Fluent written and spoken English Self-directed, accountable, and reliable with deadlines Available full-time during Australian working hours A Good Fit?
