Account Manager Associate

City Wide Facility Solutions is currently seeking an Account Manager Associate to join our team. As a key part of our organization, you will manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure outstanding service delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, satisfaction, and growth opportunities. Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality service performance. Conduct regular quality control inspections and address any issues promptly to maintain service standards. Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to expand our offerings and increase revenue. Utilize CRM software to document client interactions, track service delivery, and manage schedules. Collaborate with internal teams including accounting and operations to resolve client concerns and streamline processes. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
