Account Manager (Cebu)

Role Summary

The Account Manager (AM) owns the day-to-day health and growth of dehusk's cafe, retail, and distributor relationships. This is a hybrid role at a startup — part strategic account steward, part operational problem-solver — responsible for keeping existing accounts stocked, satisfied, and growing, while supporting new account onboarding.

Scope:

• Account Management
• New Account Acquisition
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Customer Support

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years in account management, sales, or trade marketing (FMCG/CPG ideal)
• comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
• proficiency with spreadsheets and distributor portal experience a plus

• this role is remote but must be based in Cebu
