A fast-growing US-based organic lead generation firm is hiring a remote Account Manager to own Facebook account and community management across a portfolio of nearly 100 active clients. Full-Time | Remote | EST Hours.
What you'll do
- Manage multiple Facebook business accounts — creating and scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and tracking performance metrics
- Identify and join relevant Facebook groups, ensure guideline compliance, and build relationships with group administrators
- Track engagement data and generate performance reports using spreadsheets
- Monitor account health across all client accounts and flag issues proactively
- Support client growth by maintaining organized, accurate records of group activity and outreach
What we're looking for
- Hands-on familiarity with Facebook — personal or professional use at meaningful scale
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software for data tracking and reporting
- Reliable internet connection and availability during EST working hours
- Prior experience managing Facebook business accounts or running paid/organic campaigns
- Background in community management or client-facing roles
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability in a fast-paced, remote environment
