Position Overview We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our client's team on a long-term basis. In this role, you will manage social media presence across multiple brands, working closely with junior graphic designers to bring your content ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute a monthly social media content strategy for multiple brands/accounts simultaneously Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, and campaigns tailored to each brand's voice Guide and coordinate with junior graphic designers to produce visuals that align with campaign objectives Schedule and publish content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Manage messages, comments, and reply to emails professionally and promptly Run and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement and growth Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights Research trends, monitor competitors, and identify growth opportunities Adapt to evolving responsibilities based on project requirements Requirements Proven experience managing business social media accounts Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills Solid understanding of marketing principles and social media strategy Creative mindset with up-to-date knowledge of social media trends Ability to generate original content ideas without over-relying on AI tools Willingness to work full-time with occasional availability outside standard hours for client meetings What We Offer Junior graphic designers to support you – you provide the ideas, they create the visuals Long-term opportunity with room for growth Hybrid work setup (currently hybrid in Gujrat, with remote possibilities) How to Apply Interested candidates meeting the above requirements should fill out this Google Form: https://forms.gle/QUBTHyi8LYaVWqp58
