Account Manager (Social Media)

We have helped our clients reach over 1 billion views and 8 million followers. We help them grow their audience, build their authority, and turn those views into actual clients. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

This role is built around the client relationship first. You will have full accountability for your clients' results: how their content performs, how supported they feel, and whether they stay with us. Clients should never wonder what is happening, whether something was missed, or when they will hear from us next.

You will also make the content. You will edit your clients' short-form videos hands-on with Claude, and you will be the one deciding what makes each video good: the hook, the pacing, the music and the b-roll. You will be working with AI every day on real client work, so this is a chance to get really good at a skill that is changing how content gets made. Nothing reaches a client until you are happy with it.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻

• 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀: track how each client's content performs, share what is working with the team and the client, and catch problems before they become complaints.

• 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: keep clients updated clearly and professionally, without ever needing to be chased.

• 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲: turn raw footage and client input into finished videos and graphics, and review everything before it goes out.

• 𝗜𝗻𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: gather ideas, footage, feedback and approvals, and keep them moving through the process.

• 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: work with our designers, writers and the rest of the team so nothing sits in a bottleneck.

• 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀: own content calendars and deliverables across your assigned clients.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

We want someone with a real eye for good content. You know what a strong video looks like, you have made them yourself, and you can tell what will perform before it goes out. Communication matters just as much. You need to be organized, responsive and comfortable owning client relationships. Judgment, ownership and follow through matter more to us than being the best strategist in the world.

• You have produced or edited videos yourself, ideally for clients too. Show us in your portfolio.

• A strong eye for what will perform on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, plus an instinct for which song goes with which video.

• Hands-on experience using AI in a production workflow. Experience with Claude is a strong plus, especially for editing. Show us how you have used it.

• Experience in account management, content operations, social media or project coordination, ideally in an agency.

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.

• Comfort with Notion, Slack and G-Suite.

• The ability to stay calm under pressure and take ownership without being managed closely.

We want someone who uses AI to raise speed and quality, and never as an excuse for careless work.

• Growing to $2,000+ per month in Q1 2027 with performance bonuses.
