Role Description The Account Manager Enterprise Sales role is based in Charlotte, NC and focuses on managing and growing relationships with enterprise clients seeking private investigation and related services. This is a part-time, hybrid position, with core responsibilities carried out on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, and some tasks performed from home. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying enterprise prospects, presenting tailored service offerings, preparing proposals, and overseeing the sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure. The role also involves maintaining ongoing communication with key accounts, coordinating with investigation teams to align services with client needs, and monitoring client satisfaction and revenue performance. The Account Manager will be expected to report on sales metrics, contribute to sales strategies, and uphold ethical and legal standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, interpret data, and develop strategic account plans.
  • Team Management and Training experience to collaborate with internal teams and support knowledge sharing across sales and operations.
  • Excellent Customer Service capabilities to build trust, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present solutions, negotiate agreements, and maintain ongoing client relationships.
  • Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in professional services, security, legal, or related industries.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Abu Dhabi Emirate with remote tasks.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
