Dizzion is seeking an experienced Account & Project Manager to own the day-to-day relationship, strategy and delivery coordination for assigned managed services team customers. This role combines deep account management and customer relationship skills with disciplined project management. The individual will serve as the primary point of coordination between the customer and Dizzion’s Product, Development, Engineering, Support and other internal teams, ensuring contracted services and customer initiatives move from commitment through execution with clear ownership, timelines, communication and accountability.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading a customer strategy conversation, managing a complex implementation or development workflow, building an executive-ready status presentation, and driving internal teams toward deadlines and deliverables.
Core Responsibilities
Account & Customer Management
Own the product and delivery relationship for assigned managed services team accounts and serve as a trusted point of contact across customer stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business, environment, objectives, contracted services, priorities and success criteria.
- Build strong relationships across operational, technical and executive stakeholders.
- Establish account strategies and engagement plans that align Dizzion’s services to customer priorities and business outcomes.
- Lead recurring customer meetings, business reviews, status calls and executive updates.
- Maintain visibility into customer health, priorities, risks, concerns, upcoming needs and opportunities.
- Proactively identify issues that could impact customer satisfaction, retention or delivery and coordinate resolution.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership on renewals, expansion opportunities and broader account strategy.
Project & Delivery Management
Own project management for customer initiatives included within managed services agreements and contracted scopes of work.
- Translate customer commitments and requirements into clear internal workstreams, deliverables, milestones, owners and timelines.
- Coordinate work across Product, Development, Engineering, Support, Operations and other internal resources.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, action items, decision logs, risks and status.
- Drive internal accountability for customer deliverables and proactively address delays, dependencies or resource constraints.
- Ensure customer requests are appropriately scoped, prioritized, documented and routed to the correct internal teams.
- Track work from intake through completion, ensuring customers receive clear and accurate updates throughout the process.
- Manage changes in scope, priority, timing, or requirements and ensure implications are communicated internally and externally.
- Escalate risks early and facilitate decisions required to keep work moving.
Customer Communication & Reporting
- Create and deliver clear, professional customer-facing status reports and presentations.
- Provide consistent updates on progress, milestones, open items, risks, dependencies and next steps.
- Translate technical and development updates into language appropriate for business and executive stakeholders.
- Set clear expectations around timelines, responsibilities, dependencies and delivery.
- Prepare and lead recurring account reviews and executive business reviews.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer commitments, decisions, requirements and follow-up actions.
What Success Looks Like
Customers know exactly what is happening, what comes next, who owns it, and when they can expect delivery. Internal teams have clear requirements, priorities, timelines, and accountability. Risks and delays are surfaced before they become customer issues. The Account & Project Manager creates the operating structure connecting customer expectations with Dizzion execution, strengthening customer confidence while ensuring contracted commitments are delivered consistently and professionally.
- 5+ yrs of account management, customer success, project management, managed services, technical account management or a similar customer-facing role.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex B2B technology or managed services accounts.
- Strong project management skills, including managing multiple concurrent workstreams, timelines, dependencies, stakeholders and deliverables.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Development, Support and commercial teams.
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with senior and executive-level customers.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear business and customer communication.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate effectively in an environment where priorities may shift and multiple teams contribute to customer delivery.
Preferred Experience
- SaaS, DaaS, cloud infrastructure, virtual desktop, IT managed services, or enterprise technology experience.
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts with complex technical environments.
- Experience working with development or engineering teams on customer-specific requirements and deliverables.
