Account Receivable (AR)

Role Description This part-time remote Account Receivable (AR) role at رواد جدة | Jeddah Founders focuses on managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances, and maintaining accurate financial records. The AR professional will prepare and issue invoices, monitor accounts for overdue payments, follow up with clients regarding outstanding debts, and record payments in the accounting system. The role includes reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues. The AR team member will also generate regular reports on receivables, support cash flow forecasting, and follow established policies and procedures to maintain compliance and data integrity.

• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Candidates should possess Debt Collection skills to manage follow-ups, negotiate payment arrangements, and reduce overdue balances.
• Candidates should possess Invoicing skills to prepare, issue, and track invoices and ensure accurate documentation.
• Relevant experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or finance operations, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
• Proficiency with accounting or ERP software and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets and word processing applications).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a part-time schedule.
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
