Senior Accounting Assistant

Role Description The Senior SaaS Sales Director role at Crown Nova Windows and Doors is a part-time, hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The individual in this role leads end-to-end SaaS sales efforts, including pipeline generation, qualification, solution selling, and closing high-value deals with commercial and enterprise customers in the windows and doors sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales funnel, overseeing sales operations processes, forecasting revenue, and ensuring accurate reporting and use of CRM tools. The Senior SaaS Sales Director collaborates with product, marketing, and operations teams to refine value propositions, tailor demos, and support customer onboarding and retention. This role also involves mentoring sales team members, supporting key accounts, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a strong track record in SaaS or technology solutions.
• Experience in Sales Operations, including forecasting, CRM management, sales analytics, and process optimization.
• Strong Customer Service focus, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts effectively.
• Proven Team Management skills, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience selling into construction, building materials, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
