Accountant

Company Description Hatch Holistic Therapy is a therapy center for children with special needs, located at The Podium Mall, Mandaluyong City.

Role Description This is a full-time Accountant role based in Mandaluyong City with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Accountant will handle payroll, bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling bank and payment platform statements, and maintaining accurate ledgers. The role includes preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, and supporting budgeting and forecasting. The Accountant will manage accounts payable and receivablevand ensure timely settlements. The position also involves assisting with tax compliance, government reporting, and supporting internal audits and process improvements to strengthen financial controls.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
• Experience with accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, cloud-based accounting systems).
• Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, compliance, and government reporting requirements.
• Ability to analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and support forecasting activities.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in handling financial records.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operations and e-commerce teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to a hybrid work setup in Mandaluyong City.
