  • Work with regional finance and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial information.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, including supplier invoice processing, payment runs and reconciliations.
  • Support accounts receivable processes, including customer invoicing and debtor reconciliations.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and assist with credit control.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate supplier and customer records.

Tax, Compliance & Financial Controls

  • Assist with the preparation of UK VAT returns and support indirect tax reporting requirements in other jurisdictions.
  • Support statutory reporting and audit requirements across the Group.
  • Assist with external audit processes and provide supporting schedules and documentation.

  • Support the application of relevant accounting policies and standards across different jurisdictions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and strengthen financial controls.

  • Contribute to maintaining consistent accounting practices and reporting standards across Glow's international operations.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Approximately 3 years' experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Part-qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA, or actively studying towards a recognised professional accounting qualification.
  • Experience within financial services, FinTech, banking, payments or a technology business would be advantageous.
  • Good understanding of financial accounting principles and month-end processes.
