Accountant / Finance Executive Assistant (remote or Stuttgart or Berlin)

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Executive Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in our financial operations. In this position, you will work closely with our financial executives, providing them with the support they need to drive our company’s success. Receivables management Notification of reportable foreign payments Dunning process Account clarification/reconciliation Contact person for customers/ debtors (regarding payment modalities) Processing of travel expenses Assistance in Financial Planning processes General back office tasks Experience in customer receivables management Experience in travel expense management Experience with reportable foreign payments Understanding of general accounting Experience in financial planning Commercial training, ideally education in financial accounting Fluent in English, ideally German speaker Reliability, excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a team and independently A distributed, open team with a passion for working on and within the open source community A product, which pushes the boundaries of technology with a global user and contributor community A competitive salary Remote work and flexibility for a healthy work-life balance Time for personal growth and education We are looking for somebody with ambition and drive who would like to grow and learn.
